Some community guidelines
- We ask those who join to help us minimize the harmful effects of any characteristics we have that are dominant in our societies and cultures. Usually, this means attributes like (but not limited to) whiteness, masculinity, Christianity, heterosexuality, cisgender experiences, legal citizenship status, and able-bodied status.
- We ask you to join with an understanding that we all have the ability to cause harm and also to be harmed. And that we will do our best to let each other and facilitators (if you prefer to be more private) know if you are aware of harm that has been done, so we can all do our best to take care of each other, seek repair if appropriate, and learn.
